Small Groups

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Proverbs 27:17

Small groups are part of our Belong and Transformation ministry objectives. Each small group is designed to not only help you forge new friendships, but also to disciple and help you grow in your relationship with the Lord. If you would like to attend one of these small groups or have questions please fill out the contact information form below.
Our small groups meet at various times and locations throughout the week. Our current small groups include:

Marriage small group meets for 6-7 weeks once in the fall and once in spring. This group is designed to help you hone your marriage no matter how long you’ve been married.

Grief Share is a 13-week support group for men and women who have experienced a loss in their life or family. This group meets in the fall and spring. During the fall sessions, a mini one-evening session called “Surviving the Holidays” is covered. To find out more about Grief Share or to locate one near you, visit the Grief Share website, .

Thursday Ladies (Royal Ladies) Study meets Thursdays from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. in the fall and spring. This small group is for women and various studies are used. Each study is at least 4 weeks, some are 8 weeks in length. Most are video type curriculum, with a workbook, and there is homework. The studies presented are designed to help you draw closer to Jesus as you study His Word.

"The Gathering Place" is our capstone time on Wednesday Night. Throughout the school year we begin the evening with a free meal for the entire family, asking only that you sign up a head of time and that you bring your own beverage. You are also invited to sign up to help with the meal by providing a side dish or dessert as needed. Following the meal there is time of family worship before separating into small groups. The children age 4-grade 5 enjoy a Bible lesson designed for them, while the youth join together for their Bible lesson. The adults gather in small groups for table discussion on the Bible study.
E.P.I.C. Groups of 4-5 men or 4-5 women meet for 5 months. The goal of E.P.I.C. groups is to help one another to live like Jesus and to develop great Christian friends.  E.P.I.C. is an acrostic for Encourage – Pray – In confidence – Coach.  The three responsibilities of E.P.I.C. group members for five months is . .
1. Pray for each other daily
2. Call or text each other 1-2 times a week (connect with whole group)
3. Meet together once a month

We will provide information and sign-ups for when new groups will be starting. A one hour training is required before being placed in a group. In the mean time, if you would like more information about E.P.I.C. groups please fill out the contact information below.
